Like many medical treatments, Functional E-Stim is not right for everyone. Good candidates will find most of the following statements to be true for them.

• I think I have Foot Drop, which forces me to drag a foot while walking, or engage in a high-stepping gait.

• I have been diagnosed with Foot Drop by my doctor.

• My Foot Drop is related to a stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis or other neurological condition.

• Foot Drop is causing me to miss out on important aspects of my life.

• My overall activity level has decreased due to my foot drop.

• I feel that I have plateaued in my foot drop rehabilitation.

• My walking speed has decreased as a result of foot drop.

• I have maintained good range of motion in my effected leg.

• My Foot Drop has resulted in a lower quality of life.

• I do not have a pacemaker.

• I do not suffer from seizures.

• My seizures are medically controlled and no longer effect my daily life. (Approval of Physician for FES use will be requested)
